Process Forms

There are three Processes forms that manage those processes initiated by the country sponsorship office.  Click on the link to specific instructions and additional information for each of form.

New Case Histories Process Form includes the following procedures:  Enter new case histories on Add tab; print photographer's list; record receipt of photos; packet case histories; print and send package to SCO on Photos, Translate and Send Tabs.

Withdrawal-Graduation Process Form includes the following procedures:  Enter students who have withdrawn; package withdrawals; print and send packet to SCO.

Grade Promotion-Demotion Process Form includes the annual grade promotion of all students and the demotion of students who were held back.

Note:  The separate Graduation Process Form has been combined with the Withdrawal Process Form.  And the Transfer Process (batch) has been eliminated.  Transfers are now managed on an individual basis on the Student Information form, Transfer tab.
